Pointless..

'But don't forget that you're 'the guy' for me', she told him, as she fixed him his icy eyes.
'So you say I'm the guy, but you spend your days with a guy that certainly isn't 'the guy' because there's only one guy and you say that's me.', he replied nervously.
'Yes.'
And it was all she told him that time.


I just don't get it.
We say we love someone, but we chase away that person.. We'd rather spend our days with someone we don't love and pretend we're happy than be with the one we love and stop pretending and just be happy.
What the Hell is wrong with you, people?
Why the Hell is it so hard to scream at the top of our lungs 'I love you' and make sure that the right person got it?

You can't pretend you have everything you've ever wanted when you love someone else. Because it hurts. It hurts like Hell. And this time, you can be sure time won't heal anything, no matter how much you wish it would.

Now go ahead and do the right thing. Face the truth and get what you want and what you need. Because life's too short. Because regrets are forbidden.
